Introducing Wimbledon Grounds: a 51,000 sq. m. mixed-use regeneration masterplan located on Plough Lane that will see the creation of a brand new purpose-built stadium for AFC Wimbledon, encircled by a residential scheme that will comprise more than 600 homes, including shared ownership housing by Catalyst. The site will also be home to all-new community, leisure and retail space, and is set to transform the town centre and surrounding area.
