Deptford Landings, formerly The Timberyard,  is a new homes development set in a large regeneration area in south-east London, travel Zone 2. Trains to Cannon Street (15 mins) go via London Bridge (9 mins). The London Overground links Surrey Quays with Canada Water, Highbury & Islington and Croydon. A short walk away is Canada Water Underground station serviced by Jubilee line trains to Canary Wharf, Stratford or towards London Bridge and Bond Street to Stanmore, North London.

Deptford Landings (The Timberyard) is set between Pepys Park and Deptford Park and is only a stroll from the River Thames. This inner city destination is made up of approx. 28 acres of green space and will incorporate an additional Waterline linear park, which follows the historic route of the Grand Surrey Canal, and connects the development with well established Surrey Quays.
